Amplify Merch Returns & Refunds Policy (Updated October 2025)
Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please email us at tabby@amplifymerch.com.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable & Restricted Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Intimate clothing (such as swimwear and undergarments)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Some health and personal care items
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discontinued items cannot be refunded.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Bulk orders that have been set up, printed, or shipped may still incur setup, print, or shipping fees.
- Custom orders canceled for reasons other than print error or quality issues may not be fully refundable.
- Opened media (CDs, DVDs, vinyl, etc.) or items showing signs of use.
- Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within two weeks and credited to your original payment method.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account or payment provider.
- Allow time for processing delays.
- Contact us at tabby@amplifymerch.com if you still haven’t received it.
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, the refund will go to the original purchaser’s payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please email tabby@amplifymerch.com with details and photos of the product.
Shipping for Returns
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, return shipping costs may be deducted.

Please note: we work with multiple vendors — do not send returns to the address printed on your original shipping label.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Amplify Merch Ticket Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final.
Events are rain or shine, and tickets will not be refunded or exchanged due to weather, schedule conflicts, or inability to attend.
Refunds will only be issued if the event is officially canceled by the organizer.
If canceled, ticket holders will receive email instructions for processing refunds.
Rescheduled events are not considered cancellations—tickets remain valid for the new date.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.
Custom, Specialty, or New Vendor Orders
Amplify Merch partners with various print vendors to offer diverse, high-quality products.
While we carefully select these vendors, we cannot guarantee specific production timelines, shipping dates, or logistics for new or specialty vendors.
Monitoring & Quality Assurance
We closely monitor our vendor partners to ensure quality and reliability.
If items are delayed or proofs are subpar, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
You may also request cancellation under the same conditions.
Cancellations unrelated to printer or quality issues may still incur setup or file conversion fees.
Our Commitment
- Order Updates: We’ll keep you informed of any delays or issues.
- Flexible Cancellation: We may cancel and refund proactively if vendor performance falls short.
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations: You may contact us if you’re not satisfied with order progress.
Samples
Occasionally, we provide samples for review.
Sample selections vary, and not all customers will receive identical items.
If there are issues with a sample, please send clear, well-lit photos and details to tabby@amplifymerch.com so we can resolve them with the vendor.
Vendor Stores (Third-Party Sellers on AmplifyMerch.com)
Amplify Merch hosts vendor stores—independent sellers who create, maintain, fulfill, and ship their own products through our platform.
Each vendor may have their own return and refund policy, which will be listed (when available) on their product or store page.
How Returns Work for Vendor Store Purchases
- Amplify Merch will act as a point of contact for communication between customers and vendors.
- The vendor is responsible for approving, processing, and issuing refunds or replacements for products they fulfill.
- If a vendor fails to respond or resolve a legitimate issue, Amplify Merch may intervene to assist, but is not financially liable for refunds on independently fulfilled sales.
- For any vendor store-related return or refund inquiry, please contact us at tabby@amplifymerch.com with your order number and vendor name, and we will help coordinate the process.
